About Us
Kailida designs and builds conveyor systems, assembly lines and industrial ovens in Dongguan, China. Fifteen years, 500+ customers, more than 30 countries.
Fifteen years spent making lines easier to run.
Kailida began in 2011 building belt and roller conveyors for manufacturers around Dongguan. The equipment has changed; the working method has not. Understand the process first, then design the machine around it.
Today we deliver speed chain loops, roller conveyors, overhead systems, assembly lines and industrial ovens to customers in more than 30 countries. Some projects are a single conveyor section. Others are complete assembly floors with fixtures, material presentation and traceability.
What connects them is a preference for straightforward mechanics, accessible maintenance and documentation a local technician can follow without calling us.
- 15Years
- 50+Equipment models
- 4 hNo-load run-in
From single machines to complete lines
Each stage added a capability the previous one could not deliver. Nothing was outsourced to a trading company.
-
2011
Entered conveyor manufacturing
Started with belt and roller conveyors for light manufacturing customers across the Pearl River Delta.
-
2015
Speed chain assembly lines
Standardised the speed chain platform and moved into consumer electronics and appliance assembly.
-
2019
Full-line delivery
Added layout planning, cycle-time calculation and in-house pre-assembly, taking responsibility for the complete line.
-
2023
Battery and automotive
Heavy-duty roller lines, module and pack lines and seat assembly projects delivered for new-energy and automotive customers.
-
2026
New Dongguan plant
Added profile machining and a 90-metre pre-assembly bay, lifting monthly capacity by roughly 40%.
What stays under our roof
Design, fabrication, electrical assembly and run-in happen in the same plant. That is what keeps a late layout change from becoming a lost month.
Process engineering
Cycle-time calculation, line balancing, layout and utility schedules — issued before fabrication starts.
Profile & frame fabrication
In-house cutting, machining and welding with ±0.2 mm tolerance on critical profile cuts.
Electrical & controls
Control panels built to the approved BOM, with PLC, VFD and safety circuits documented in English.
Pre-assembly & run-in
Complete lines assembled and run for four hours without load before disassembly and export packing.
Three commitments we can be held to
Numbers before adjectives
Cycle time, load per metre, temperature uniformity, noise level. If a claim cannot be measured at acceptance, it does not belong in the proposal.
Maintainable by your team
Standard components, accessible lubrication points and a spare-parts list with lead times. The line should not depend on us being on a plane.
One accountable project owner
From the first drawing to the final acceptance sheet, one engineer owns your project and answers your questions.
Documented quality, not a badge on a wall
See a line running before you commit.
Customers are welcome at our Dongguan plant by appointment. We will show the fabrication floor, the pre-assembly bay and lines currently in run-in.
